Parts of Quezon Avenue Westbound from the tunnel of Araneta Avenue up to D. Tuazon Avenue will be closed on Sunday, Oct. 14 from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. to give way to the annual “La Naval de Manila” festivities.

In a traffic advisory by the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Friday, at least 30,000 devotees are expected to participate in the grand procession of the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary (Sto. Domingo church).

From the Sto. Domingo church, the procession will exit the east gate, turn left at Sto. Domingo St., left Dapitan St., left D. Tuazon, left Quezon Avenue, then back to Sto. Domingo Church.
