MANILA, Philippines - Expect some rain today. In its 5 am update, state weather service PAGASA forecast rains across the country. PAGASA also noted a low pressure area – the tail end of a cold front affecting Northern Luzon – approximately 240 km west of Zamboanga City.
According to the weather update, the Bicol region, southern Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies and light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), and Aurora and Quezon provinces should also expect cloudy skies with rains.
Metro Manila, the Ilocos region, and the rest of Central Luzon will contend with partly cloudy to cloudy skies and light rains, while the rest of Luzon deals with partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
