In recent years, the music community has often come together to raise funds for victims of disasters, natural and otherwise, via all-star concert events and compilation albums. The 12-12-12 Concert for Sandy Relief, Hope for Haiti, and the Concert For New York City and their accompanying album releases come to mind.

Songs for the Philippines is a compilation album dedicated to the victims of the typhoon, featuring Bob Dylan’s “Shelter From the Storm,” U2’s “In A Little While,” Red Hot Chili Peppers “Factory of Faith” and The Beatles “Let It Be” and “Across the Universe.”

The album was put together by Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group and Universal Music Group with all proceeds being donated to the Philippines Red Cross. The album is available on iTunes for $9.99.

Other songs on the album include Michael Buble’s cover of Van Morrison’s “Have I Told You Lately That I Love You” and Adele’s cover of Bob Dylan’s “To Make You Feel My Love.” See the full track list here.
